For full terms and conditions please visit our website. Lyric is not appropriate for all clients and is not available under the Australian Governments Hearing Services Program.
- Offer available to people over 18 years of age.
- Trial period is for a maximum of 30 days from date of fitting
- Credit card details must be supplied before trial period begins. However, no money will be taken from your credit card during the 30 day trial period.
- Debit cards not accepted
- The Hearing Device must be returned to a Lyric certified Clinician at Connect Hearing undamaged before the Return Date and Time specified.
- If the hearing Device is not returned to the Return Location by the Return Date and time specified, I agree to Connect Hearing charging my credit card with the Total Retail Value of the Lyric Subscription (12months).
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash
- Not available under government funding HSP
- If during the trial period you experience any discomfort or pain or discharge from your ear please contact a Lyric Clinician immediately.
- Lyric devices require ongoing replacement and an appointment will be required every 8-12 weeks so that replacement device/s can be fitted.
